Biodiversitas 23: 4097-4108. Secondary metabolites in plants have various benefits, therefore their distribution plant body parts is important to study. The identification process should be conducted using several characters, including morphological molecular data. This study aimed identify confirm Kunth morpho-anatomy characters barcodes. used were three samples taken from the Husada Graha Famili Park, Surabaya. morpho-anatomical investigation was carried out descriptively, while barcoding processed by amplifying sequencing rbcL matK genes. Morphological studies indicate that roots stems C. are similar organs dicots shrubs general. leaves a pinnate type with two different colors on each side leaf. Compound flowers cup-type types flowers, namely disc ray flowers. Based anatomical observation, all vegetative same tissue as dicotyledonous plants. characteristic lies its trichomes due anthocyanin content stomata which anomocytic anisocytic types. results showed sample had identical similarities genera contained GenBank database percentage identities values ??above 98%, query covers 96-100%, e-values ??of 0.
